Djarot : Official Report Document Should Be Managed Immediately

To prevent abandonment of important document, Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat asked Public Bureau to accelerate the official report document process.

He asked the coordination among agencies related with official report document should be intensified to accelerate the administration process in Jakarta.

Regional Guidance Management Head of Jakarta Public Bureau, Tarsino said, his side continues to accelerate the official report document process, especially in gubernatorial decree document (pergub). "We have accelerate the process, as example, we only need 20 to 30 minutes in matching official report document of gubernatorial decree,” he said.

But, Tarsino claimed, the process often postponed due to delays in signing. "We stamp the document in order to be in process immediately and signify the importance of the document. If the document is very important, we gather all grantor's signature in one table," he told.
